Our next group sessions will be:
September 10, 11, 17 and 18 starting at 10am and finishing at 1.30pm.
This includes a light morning tea.
You will be provided with information about pain relief in labour, both natural and medicated, you will learn about the process of pregnancy and labour, information will be provided on breastfeeding and caring for a newborn, we will explore positions to give birth in, what to expect, what to pack in your hospital bags and so much more.
Cost: $110 or bring a friend (your friend will have to book in) and pay $80 each!
